Zade Patrick Stewart (born March 27, 2022) is the second child and only son of Evan Stewart and Carlin Stewart.
He is the brother of Layla Stewart.
Early life
On August 30, 2021, Evan and Carlin Stewart announced that they were expecting their second child, due 2022. In a statement to E! News, they said:
"Stewart Baby No. 2 is coming in 2022! Let the baby shopping adventures, food cravings, morning (sometimes all day) sickness, and midnight snacks begin! Every single part of the baby journey is worth it! Children are definitely a gift from God, and we are so thankful for our little bundles. We never want to take any moment of the life God has blessed us with for granted. Our new addition to the crew is honestly more exciting than we can truly express in words. Layla bug is the joy of our lives! Seeing her big smiles and the way she loves on her daddy when he comes home from work is the highlight of our day. She's also obsessed with her new baby cousins, so we can't wait to see the excitement on her face when we bring home a new baby brother or sister. We can't imagine being parents to two kids, 2 [years old] and under, yet we have prayed for this moment and are extremely thankful to the Lord for this opportunity."
In a YouTube video that Evan and Carlin posted on their channel on September 4, 2021, they revealed that the baby was due April 9, 2022. However, due to Carlin's blood disorder, they said that the baby could arrive around mid-March 2022.
On November 20, 2021, Evan and Carlin held a gender reveal party for both of their families. Evan and Carlin threw darts at black balloons until the colored powder came out of one. On November 21, 2021, they uploaded a YouTube video to their channel showing them finding out that the baby would be a boy. Carlin said:
"We can’t wait to welcome our sweet baby BOY into our growing little family. Little fella, you are already so so loved!"
On January 22, 2022, Evan and Carlin uploaded a YouTube video talking about the names that they were thinking of using for their son. In the video, they mentioned that their son's middle name would be Patrick after Evan's middle name and Evan's maternal grandfather Patrick DeWire.
On the morning of March 27, 2022, Evan and Carlin shared on their respective Instagram accounts that Carlin was in labor. Their son was born later that same day at University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. His name, Zade Patrick, was announced the next day. He weighed 6 pounds and 12 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
